- Europe: 4–8 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on logistics conditions, customs clearance, or external factors.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and selected shipping method.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become active in the courier system.
5. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local courier first.
